Scopes

Scopes of this service

  1. Custom systems

A system built around your process where a ready-made product would force a change in how you work, with code and documentation that belong to your company.

    See the scope
  2. Connecting systems into one whole

One place through which the ERP, CRM, industry system and spreadsheets exchange data on their own, with a description of each exchange and a view of whether it works.

    See the scope
  3. Modernising systems already in use

Your system rebuilt one part at a time without stopping work: knowledge of it recorded in tests, components on supported versions and code that can be changed.

    See the scope
  4. Operational portals

A place where a customer, partner or employee submits an application, order or ticket on their own and checks its status, while the service team sees every case in one view.

    See the scope
  5. Maintenance and development

Your system after launch in the care of the team that built it: fixes, changes driven by the process and regulations, component updates and monitoring, in an order you set with us.

Situations

What clients come to us with

Several systems, data retyped by hand

Sales, customer service, documents and billing run in separate systems, and staff move data between them by hand. Every retyping costs time and creates errors that only show up at the customer's end.

An older core that holds back change

The system the company has run on for years works, but every change to the process takes a long time and costs more and more. Replacing everything at once is expensive and risky.

Sales waiting for an online channel

Orders arrive by email and phone because there is no online channel connected to the system. The number of orders grows, and with it the number of posts needed to handle them by hand.

Scope

What we do

  1. A new system built around your process

When the process does not fit an off-the-shelf product, we build the system from scratch: ERP, CRM, an operational portal, an online sales channel. The result is a system your team works in, with documentation and a defined way of making changes.

  2. Connecting the systems already in use

We connect systems that do not exchange data today: information entered once reaches every place it is needed. The result is connected systems and a description of which data flows where.

  3. Modernising an older core

We rebuild a system that no longer keeps up in stages, without stopping day-to-day work. The result is a core that can be developed further and a plan for moving more areas onto it.

  4. Maintenance and development after launch

After implementation we stay with the system: we take in requests, make changes and adapt it as the process changes. The result is a maintenance plan: what we look after and who is responsible for the system.

Technologies and standards: Azure, Jira, TM Forum, OCR, API, CI/CD; FDA, CE and MDR requirements.

Outcome

What you get

  • A recommendation with a scope: what to build, what to connect, what to leave as it is.
  • An offer with the scope, team, schedule and price of the implementation.
  • A system running in your company, with documentation and a defined way of making changes.
  • A maintenance plan with a person on our side responsible for the system.

Process

How the work proceeds

  1. We analyse the process and the systems

We start with your process: where work stops, how many people do it by hand and which systems are involved. Result: a recommendation with a scope, on which we base the offer.

  2. We design and build in stages

We divide the implementation into parts that can be launched and assessed separately. Result: successive parts of the system for you to assess.

  3. We put the system into daily use

We move work to the new system area by area, without interrupting day-to-day operations. Result: a system your team uses every day.

  4. We maintain and develop

After launch we handle maintenance; when you want to take the system over, we transfer the knowledge to your team. Result: maintenance on our side or in your team.

Regulations

Regulations and scope limits

If your company is subject to the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act (KSC) or to sector regulations, we write the requirements down before the build and build them into the design. Members of our team have run an AI platform as a medical device under FDA, CE and MDR rules.

What we don't do

  • A security operations centre (SOC) and penetration testing.
  • Pricing an implementation before analysing the process and the systems.

Work

Team experience in this area

Situation

A financial-sector company ran debt collection in which debtors' documents had to be reviewed by hand.

What the team did

Our team built ERP and CRM systems with document recognition and joined them into one automated collection process.

Outcome

Debt collection runs automatically: the system recognises documents, and staff deal with the cases that need a decision.

How we start

  1. A conversation about the problem

You describe the process or system that no longer keeps up and what has to change. The conversation costs nothing.

  2. Analysis under an NDA

We examine the process and the systems and hand over a recommendation with a scope of work. You know the scope, deadline and price of the analysis before it starts.

  3. Offer

You receive the scope, team, schedule and price of the implementation. You decide whether we go ahead.

The cost of the analysis is credited towards the implementation if you order it.
