About us
An advisory and implementation company. The two of us founded it in 2024, after years of working on the systems of large organisations.
We build, connect and automate the systems of medium-sized and large organisations: banks and financial companies, insurers, telecoms operators, energy, healthcare, manufacturing and public administration. We start with a process analysis and stay with the system after launch.
The regulations your company is subject to, including the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act (KSC) and the NIS2 directive, enter the scope of the project from day one: we check what is missing, write policies and procedures, build safeguards into the system and review supplier contracts. Legal opinions are issued by the law firm we work with.

How ALIAX began
Before the company was set up, we spent years working in large organisations on projects where the process, the data and the way systems worked together mattered.
The company has operated since April 2024. We ran the first projects as a team before it was founded; today we run them under one brand.

How we work
The founders run the project personally
We lead the conversation, the analysis and the implementation ourselves, the same people you speak to at the first meeting. We put the team together to fit the scope of the project, and responsibility for the result stays with us.
You know the price before the start
Before the analysis begins, you know its scope, deadline and price. Before the implementation begins, you know the scope, the team, the schedule and the price, so you know what you are paying for.
We stay with the system after launch
After launch we handle maintenance, fixes and development. We hand over documentation and knowledge so that your team can take the system over when you decide to.

We examine the process and the systems and hand over a recommendation with a scope of work. You know the scope, deadline and price of the analysis before it starts.
Offer
You receive the scope, team, schedule and price of the implementation. You decide whether we go ahead.
The cost of the analysis is credited towards the implementation if you order it.
